From : http://www.wretch.cc/blog/iwanthair&article_id=11767707 很多人到藥局買柔沛波斯卡的時候,總會遇到藥師順便推薦鋅片,宣稱鋅可以幫助頭髮生長。到底鋅對人體的重要性為何?有必要另行服用鋅片嗎?又要注意些什麼呢?微量元素是體內需要量極微,但卻不可或缺的礦物質,其定義是每天平均需要量低於100毫克者,其功能除了維持人體之正常運作外,還能調節人體之新陳代謝、刺激免疫系統及活化細胞等,人體內微量元素過高或過低都可能影響身體健康。鋅的重量只佔人體體重的百分之 ○‧○○三左右,也就是一個成人體內約有二公克左右的鋅。90%的鋅都存留在肌肉與骨骼中,剩下10%的鋅,在血中扮演舉足輕重的角色。 鋅是體內抗氧化酵素的重要成份,它可強化血球細胞活性,可以抗氧化、抗癌、促進生育力,醫學上曾證實因為男性的精液中含有大量的鋅,體內鋅的不足的確會影響精蟲數量與品質,而且會使睪固酮下降,不但影響生育還會使免疫力降低;在女性它同樣可以促進子宮的血流,也有增進生育的作用。 同時也可使皮膚、頭髮、光澤有彈性、恢復指甲的色澤等。 缺乏鋅與腹瀉形成了一個惡性循環,常發生在老人、嬰幼兒、胰臟功能不全、腸病變或腸手術者的身上。此外,有些研究認為缺鋅會造成傷口不易癒合、免疫力降低、賀爾蒙合成(如睪固酮)及膠原蛋白形成障礙,進而導致易感染皮膚病(如痤瘡、濕疹、鏈珠菌感染…)、掉髮、糖尿病、慢性疲勞、老化及失憶、陽痿及生殖力降低、指甲有白色斑點及脆指甲…等等病況。正常人的鋅的建議攝取量是每日15毫克的攝取。如果家中有老人、幼兒或慢性病患者,常出現感染的問題,臨床上對於營養不良或已知為缺乏鋅的患者,有積極性補充的建議,是給予十倍(也就是每日150毫克)的量。日常飲食中哪些食物富含鋅呢?鋅其實不難從食物中取得,只要飲食均衡通常都不需額外補充,食物中的蛋、奶、奶類製品(起司、乳酪)、全麥麵包,植物性的如大豆、黑豆、花生;肉類中的羊肉、牛肉都含有不少的鋅;海鮮類的如蠔、蝦、蟹中的鋅含量更是豐富,這也是為何人們迷信生猛海鮮可以壯陽的緣故了。其中蠔幾乎是所有食物中含量之冠,一顆中等大小的蠔幾乎就等於一天的鋅需求量,如果你在夜市吃一盤蚵仔煎,大約有六顆的蠔就含了77mg的鋅,大約就已夠你五、六天的鋅的需要量了(以一天12-15mg來計算)。就算沒吃到海鮮平常所吃的蛋、奶、豆類加一加也不至於匱乏。植物中的植酸及膳食纖維會抑制鋅的吸收,因此動物性食品之吸收率會比植物性食品好。過量的鋅其實是有毒的,它會妨礙銅等微量礦物質的吸收代謝,每日攝取量如果超過建議量(健康成年男性每日15毫克,女性12毫克)的5~30倍(相當於每日 75~450毫克以上),就有可能傷害神經、造血及免疫系統,並且影響膽固醇的平衡,增加LDL(壞的膽固醇)的含量並減少HDL(好的膽固醇)的含量,增加心血管疾病的風險。 其實鋅對於一般掉髮者的影響,真的很重要嗎?我曾看過國外因為缺乏鋅而導致掉髮的個案,一位健康的四歲小女孩出現掉髮問題,在抽血檢查後發現是因為體內缺乏鋅所導致。這畢竟是極少數的個案,也是屬於營養攝取不均衡所導致,不過在這個個案背後要傳達的是確定掉髮原因的重要,並非是強調鋅的必要。目前鋅在口服與外用產品上是如何應用在改善掉髮上呢?如果要服用鋅,要注意些什麼?鋅如何應用在外用產品上?我想還是幫大家做個簡單的整理: 一、口服的部份:盡量以從日常食物中攝取為原則,不見得一定要另外補充鋅片。1.健康成年男性每日15毫克,女性12毫克,每天不需超過60mg。2. Zinc piconilate (有機鋅)是最容易被人體所吸收的。3.攝取過量的鋅,亦可能導致掉髮。4.日常食物中攝取即可,可從蛋、奶、奶類製品(起司、乳酪)、全麥麵包攝取鋅,植物性的如大豆、黑豆、花生;肉類中的羊肉、牛肉都含有不少的鋅;海鮮類的如蠔、蝦、蟹中的鋅含量更是豐富。5.不一定要單獨購買鋅片,現在亦可見到特強調有含鋅的綜合維他命。 二、外用的部份:含鋅的外用產品在一定的條件下,才可具有抑制DHT之功效。1.而當Azelaic Acid,Vitamin B6 和鋅在非常低濃度的硫酸鹽化混合之後,可以抑制90% 5-α-Reductase …
