install ssh public key for HP iLO

first, you need to generate a ssh2 public key. and put the public key to your web server.

login to your HP iLO and use the following two command to install the public key.

> cd /Map1/Config1
> oemhp_loadSSHkey -source http://YOUR_WEB_SERVER/ilo.pem
