Pan cake

真的很好吃喔.尤其加上楓漿

材料
1 and 1/3 cup buttermilk (如果沒有也可以用原味優格加牛奶)
1 egg
1 and 1/2 cup flour
2 Tsp. sugar
1 tsp. bake power
3/4 tsp bake soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter melt
1 bottle maple syrup

做法
step 1 : mix flour, sugar, salt, bake soda and bake power

step 2 : mix a egg and buttermilk

step 3 : mix 1 & 2 with butter melt,奶油上面白泡及未溶的奶油可以用湯匙移除.

step 4 : wait 10 mins

step 5 : 平底鍋上均勻塗油.溫度不能太高.用大湯匙舀剛混好的pan cake.由內往外擴散淋在鍋上.切記要均高.

step 6 : 直到上面起泡.如圖

就可以翻面了.Pan cake需要呈現有點棕色.

step 7 : 起鍋.塗上奶油.淋上楓漿.慢慢享用喔.
